Featuring an oval main stone with bagettes on each side and tiny round stones on each end of the main stone. I do not know if they are made of. CZ, Glass, or rhinestones. Marked: 18K H.G.E (Heavy Gold Electroplate) Size: 7 Condition: Very good imperfections, mostly on the inside and edge. This is from my collection of sterling jewelry from the 50s, 60s, or 70s.
